We want you to love your Missoma pieces, but if you change your mind, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original Missoma pouch and box, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
